We started in 1974 as a Manufacturer & Export firm and established a reputation of reliability for quality handicraft items.We are members of Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts, New Delhi, Indo German Chamber of Commerce etc that assists & update us regularly.We believe in offering the best to our clients consistently.We offer comprehensive photo offer & details to our clients on request.

We take the time to make our products from scratch.To us, production is more than a science -- it's an art and we love to invest in it.We use a variety of metals & other materials including brass, copper, aluminum, iron, MOP, leather,  glass, wood, cane, thread, wire,beads etc. to manufacture a wide range of handicraft items including:

Infrastructure
Today, we have a well-decorated showroom located in Moradabad to Exihibit our wide range of beautiful & saleable  products for overseas buyers visiting India . Our in-house packaging department takes care of final checking & packing of products as per customized need.

Quality Assurance & Management :
With us, quality comes with surety. The dedicated 74 members of our quality control team ensure regular checks on the merchandise at production centers. Final checking and packing is done at our well-equipped packing units to ensure total quality. Customers love our quality.Our dedicated staff team ensures best quality checks of the merchandise brought in from production centers as per specifications laid down by our clients. This ensures double check. Firstly, at our production centers after production and later at our packing unit at the time of final merchandise packaging.

Production Capacity
Production Lead Time : 8-12 weeks depending on products.

We welcome customer's feedback and would be glad to fulfill their requirements. We treat any business queries from wholesalers / volume buyers as urgent and assure them a timely delivery of their orders.

We are concerned about issues like child labor and are against its use during the entire production processes. Pollution norms are also adhered to as per the laws. We do not use lead in food grade items we produce, as its a known poison for humans.

2. Is there a bulk order discount or a special season off?

Yes, orders more than US $ 50000/-are considered for discounts depending on items and the season in which its requested and can range from 3% to 5%

3. What is the sample availability time and costs?

The samples are available upon request and usually ready in 2-3 weeks time and are delivered via regd. airmail on "To Pay" basis or you provide your FEDEX/DHL a/c.no.


4. What are the shipment delivery options available?

By Sea or Air.

5.What payment options are there?

L/C or 30% advance by T/T and balance upon faxing/e-mailing of post shipment documents.

6. What are the pricing terms?

The prices are quoted in US Dollars or Euro FOB India any port.

7. Is there any option to change specifications in items as on site?

Yes, customization is possible for any themes/color schemes, which you can provide us with and we will not charge you anything for it unless required.

8.How can I see a range of a specific product category?

You can request us for the sample photos of the product category in which you are interested in and we shall send you pictures of those by e-mail alongwith prices and specifications OR you can register on our website.
